Mike has an extensive background in both the construction and software industry. As a young adult, Mike began his career working for some of Vancouver’s most respected developers including Bosa, Polygon and TAF. He later went on to found Solid Engineering, an engineering and manufacturing automation firm, which he sold after 10 years of success and accolades. Mike’s vision in founding Troico was to create a full service manufacturing and construction firm. Mike has taken his expertise in manufacturing automation and applied it to Troico, fully automating the way we run our CNC enabled shop and manage our projects. He was a highlighted speaker as part of the Kitchen and Bath International Show 2015 Voices from the Industry program. Mike won Business In Vancouver’s 2016 Top 40 Under 40.
